Omesh Chandra called ‘Dumb Boy’, a 23-year-old Labourer of Riverstown, Essequibo Coast, was charged with the offence of Felonious Wounding, committed on Sheldon Patterson, a 25-year-old Labourer of Zorg, Essequibo Coast. The incident occurred on 29th August 2023 at Riverstown, Essequibo Coast.
On Wednesday 11th of October 2023, the case was heard at the Anna Regina Magistrate’s Court, before Magistrate Esther Sam, where the charge was read to the accused and he was not required to plea to the charge.
