OnAir Media & Friends donated twenty gifts to children living with HIV as part of their annual toy drive on Thursday.
This donation is part of the initiative’s goal to put a smile on the faces of children in vulnerable situations during the festive season. The toys were made possible with the generous support of the general public.
This year, OnAir Media & Friends’ aim is to deliver 1000 toys to children in Regions Three, Four, Six, and Ten during the month of December before Christmas. The initiative began two years ago, post-COVID, and has already distributed close to 2000 toys.
“We are thrilled to be able to bring joy to children in need, especially during this difficult time,” said Mark Murray, spokesperson for OnAir Media & Friends. “We’re grateful for the support of the general public and close friends, which enables us to continue this important initiative.”
OnAir Media & Friends is a 100 per cent Guyanese organization that seeks to impact the community positively by supporting children in vulnerable situations. For more information on the annual toy drive or to make a donation, please call or WhatsApp (592) 673-6491 or 651 3123.
