The police in Berbice are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal accident which occurred at about 19 hours 15 today and resulting in the death of motorist.
Dead is 25 year old Zameeralli Ali of Letter Kenny Village Corentyne.
Regional Commander, Shivpersaud Bacchus in a statement noted that the accident took place in the Liverpool Public Road on the Corentyne and involves motor car # HD 3517 driven by 48 year old Eutambu Downer, a hire car driver of lot 13 Limlair Village Corentyne Berbice and the deceased who was riding a motor cycle with pillion rider, 23 year old Samuel Anderson of lot 34 St. Paul Street Rosehall Town Corentyne Berbice.
