Police in Suriname are investigating a horrific accident that claimed the lives of four persons, all of whom died on the spot, while 15 others sustained injuries to various parts of their bodies. The accident occurred early this morning on Johannes Mungrastraat, at the corner of Veldhuizenlaan, Suriname.
According to The News Desk correspondent in Suriname, the incident involved a collision between an SUV and a 30-seater passenger minibus. As a result of the impact, the minibus reportedly toppled several times, with passengers seen being thrown from the windows.
