
Police were called to Seawell Village, Corentyne, around 12:00 noon after residents confronted the drivers of two motorcars in connection with a stolen goat.
According to reports, residents observed motorcar PAJ 1226 and motorcar PAL 1891 in the area and, upon checking, discovered a stolen goat inside PAJ 1226. The driver of this vehicle was arrested, taken into custody, and reportedly told investigators that he had been hired to transport three individuals into the Savannah nearby.
The driver of the other vehicle fled the scene, abandoning the car.


Both vehicles were later towed to the police station as investigations continue.
